Now, in this situation, it's very easy to rationalize something like skipping the gym when your whole team is working too. Now, it's not like anyone's going to stop you from going, but you might be seen as a slacker for not working as hard as the rest of the team. And to be perceived as a hard worker, you might be eating those tasty meals at your desk.
